Mold thrives in places with a lot of moisture, such as around leaks in roofs, windows, or pipes, or where there has been flooding. Our mission is to assist the client with recommendations for water damage cleanup and in particular to carry out mold testing when there is surface dust and mold, water damage or other conditions when mold can grow.

Our Facilities
Mold samples are sent to an accredited laboratory in Florida. I provide the client with a report and recommendations. Depending on the scale of the damage, I would recommend a complete water damage &/or mold abatement to be carried out by a certified restoration company - or recommend good housekeeping practices for small scale cleanup.
